Prepping Your Skin:
I think it is most important to make sure your skin is properly and gently exfoliated before applying any sort of moisturise or hydrating product, I feel that the skin absorbs it much better this way, and just feels much more refreshing. What I like to use for this is the Facial Powdered Exfoliator from their range for this. It is by far the BEST gentle exfoliator I have ever used and I am on my third bottle. It not only cleared my skin(I had bouts of hormonal acne) but it has made my makeup apply a lot more seamlessly as well. It comes in a powdered form that you mix with water on your hand and then apply to the face, working it into the skin. If your looking for the next best thing for your skin, definitely try this! It has kept my pimples at bay and because of this reason I don't think I'll ever give it up!
Before Your Moisturize:
Indeed labs has an array of different serums that provide different affects to the skin. I've tried four of them so far and all work beautifully.
For Hydration: If your wanting to ensure your face is well hydrated throughout the day and never patchy or flaky(especially during the winter) then definitely try the Hydraluron Moisture Serum. I use this daily and usually combine it with Pepta-Bright Serum which I'll talk a bit more about later. Hydraluron is just my aid to dryness- Love it.
For Volume: Fillume Volumising Serum is one of the new additions to their line and is designed to help improve the visual signs of aging including loss of firmness, moisture and elasticity. Now I know I"m young but I really have noticed a different in their plumpness of my skin and just really ensures that my skin in looking voluminous(a word not exclusively for hair it seems).
For Skin Aging: If your of a older age group and concerned with the signs of aging then Snoxin Facial Line Fighting Serum is your best bet. This product I wouldn't personally repurchase only because It isn't what my skin needs, but I'll continue to use it until it runs out just because it works the same way that Hydraluron does for me and really ensures that my skin is hydrated.
For Even Skin Tone: So I mentioned earlier that I use Hydraluron along side one of my favourite products which is Pepta-Bright Even Tone Brightening Creamy-Serum. It helps with reducing the appearance of dark spots, and helps with the overall radiance of the skin. I use these two combined after I heard Alix from Icovetthee talk about her favourite skincare products(regina george moment here). The two together really just ensure that my skin is at its best and I can't get enough of it.
Don't Forget The Eyes: I've only just realised how important it is to make sure that I moisturise under my eyes, I didn't know they were 'dehydrated' until recently hah! So when I started to use the Eyesilix Eye Cream I really did notice a differene. Not because its the best eye-cream in the world but because I had just never taken care of my under eye area before.
You Can Finally Moisturise Now!
From their line there are two moisturisers which both represent their serum counterpart.
Hydraluron Moisture Jelly: Like the Hydraluron Serum, The moisturiser jelly is literally as the name describes, a form of jelly which your apply to your face. It's a weird idea to get your head around at first but I absolutely love this product for the summer time when I've been exposed to the sun because it feels similar to applying aloevera on your face. Its very cool, and refreshing.
Fillume Volumising Moisturiser: Also, on par with the Fillume Serum, is their moisturiser. This has been my favourite as of late and I tend to use this at night because I always wake up with really plump and glowing skin.
All in all, the reason I wanted to talk about this brand is because I have not been disappointed with a product as of yet and it is really just a foolproof brand that you can't go wrong with. None of the products have broken me out, and this is something I've heard from other people as well. Plus the packaging is super cute and colour-coded, so it will look fancy on your bathroom cabinet (and yes this was the idea behind it).You can get it from Priceline here in Australia, and for the UK beauties it is sold at boots. So it is relatively affordable!
